"WorldPerks Miles for Service"


Delta WorldPerks Mileage Program

As our way of saying "Thank you" from Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC to our customers who have had customer pay service work performed, we will award one (1) Delta WorldPerks frequent flyer miles for every dollar you've spent on repairs in our Service Department. Please follow the instructions below to be eligible to receive your miles. (This offer excludes all Deductibles, Body Repair Work and Parts Department Sales.)


1. Delta WorldPerks Enrollment Form

• Please fill out the enrollment form completely and remove the WorldPerks Temporary Membership Card (bright red). A permanent card will be mailed to you.
  
• This temporary WorldPerks card lists your assigned number. You will need this number for the "WorldPerks Miles for Service" program.
  
• Please affix postage to the front of the completed WorldPerks Enrollment form and mail.
  
• This step is important - Delta Airlines will enter your assigned number and name into their database so miles can be deposited. Please allow 14 business days for processing after form is received by Delta Airlines.

2. Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC "WorldPerks Miles for Service" Application

• Please fill out the Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC "WorldPerks Miles for Service" application completely and deposit it in the WorldPerks Miles for Service box found in our customer waiting area.

• Please list your new WorldPerks number on the customer application so miles can be deposited into your account. (Reminder: It is important that you mail the enrollment form back to Delta Airlines to receive miles into your new account.)

WorldPerks Mileage Award Steps:

• A representative from Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC will submit the WorldPerks miles earned through the "Miles for Service" program to Delta Airlines utilizing the WorldPerks number within five business days of receipt. Your miles will be deposited into your new account within 21 days of receipt of the completed application (to allow time for your WorldPerks Enrollment form to be processed).

• If you provide an email address on the application you will receive an email confirming that the miles have been deposited into your WorldPerks Account or call toll free, 1-800-225-2525.

• WorldPerks miles will be available for use once they have been posted to your account by Delta Airlines.

• For more information on the WorldPerks program and to check the status of your account please check the Delta Airlines website at http://www.nwa.com/.

• Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC is not responsible for any changes made to the Delta Airlines WorldPerks program. Please see the attached application for further limitations on liability of Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC under this program. Participation in WorldPerks is subject to the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks program. For further details please see the WorldPerks Members Guide at http://www.nwa.com/.

I agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the WorldPerks program as communicated. I acknowledge that Delta Airlines and/or Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC may modify or cancel WorldPerks Miles for Service at any time without notice.

All SkyMiles program rules apply. To review the rules, please visit delta.com/memberguide. Please allow 4-6 weeks after qualification for miles to post to your account. 

WorldPerks miles may be redeemed for destinations served by Delta Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Continental Airlines, Alaska Airlines or other qualified partner airlines. Award travel is subject to seat availability.

I also agree that under no circumstances or any theories of liability under international or civil, common or statutory law including but not limited to strict liability, negligence or other tort theories or contract, patent or copyright laws, will Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC be liable for damages of any kind occurring from the use of the Delta Airlines WorldPerks Mileage Program or its associated website www.nwa.com, such as the loss or miscalculation of miles or any information, goods or services obtained through the Delta WorldPerks Mileage Program, including direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive (even if Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC has been advised of the possiblity of such damages), to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Shelton Pontiac Buick GMC does not guarantee any products or services provided by Delta WorldPerks Mileage Program. The Delta WorldPerks Mileage Program is solely responsible for claims made to customers with respect to the products or services provided to them by the Delta Airlines WorldPerks Program.
