Went in for a tire rotation, oil change and routine maintenance. Also for an issue with the back hatch - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Marc was great - he always is - and researched to see if any notices were sent on the hatch - there weren't any that applied to my situation and of course it worked fine while at the dealership. Everything was completed quickly and I was on my way!
Took over two hours to sign papers and pick up car on 12/26. Car was not prepped well...streaks inside windshield, plastic over some buttons, and no help in describing all new features. No book! No help in setting up On star and phone.
Bill Ritter provided true Mark Of Excellence customer service and took care of everything during the purchase of my 2018 GMC Sierra Denali. I look forward to enjoying my truck in the new year.
