Good experience. Sales person was very familiar with vehicle. Newer vehicles have many features that are not familiar to older customers and it is difficult to absorb all of the information in a short time.
I am always greeted and taken care of quickly! I bring my Saturn Vue in for service and their okay with it. My mother's car, a 2000 Buick Century was bought at Wally Edgar but I bring it to Shelton for service. I've purchased a Buick Skylark years ago and my father had always purchased his Buicks from there. I intend on purchasing my next Buick from there soon!
Fantastic! They fixed a few different problems for me within 24 hours! They could not diagnosis and fix my airbag light, but as no fault of their own. My light was not on during servicing and the computer is giving them a couple of different readings, so I need to bring it back in for further diagnosis. I wish the General Motors company would release a recall for the airbag sensors, but the dealership handled everything wonderfully and quickly!
I always enjoy taking my car to Shelton Buick/GMC! The guys are always fast to greet and take care of me. My wallet gets a little thinner afterwards but I know and trust that it's worth it! My house and car are the only big investments I have so it's worth it. Marv? The shuttle driver has gotten to know me for all the times I bring my cars in. Their like family to me! It's a great feeling to have so much confidence in them and the products of GM!
We have been going to Shelton Buick, GMC (and previously Pontiac) for many years. Recently we have been getting service from Shelton for my wife's Saturn Aura, as Saturn dealers are hard to find. The Shelton employees have always been very accommodating and fair. In particular, Service Consultant Mark Cortopassi has always been extremely helpful and goes out of his way to assure our needs are met, whether my wife or I bring the car in for service.
