We had an odd combination of electrical problems. Marc diagnosed it correctly immediately. Was fixed before lunch. Thanks again for your knowledge and advice in keeping our 2006 Envoy running smoothly. That's why we never take our cars anywhere else.
I took my car in because it said on my dash to check tire pressure on front right tire. All weekend I added/let out air. The check thing never went away. When I brought my car into the dealer Marc said it was the right rear tire. I asked how that can happen and he told me on my last oil change when they rotated the tires it was done incorrectly. The back tire should on the front. This confused me even more. The Manager from the shop happened to walk by me and I told him what happened. He apologized and took my car back to the shop. I have NEVER taken my car anywhere for anything but Shelton GMC. Now I’m Leary about bringing it back to you. Ever since I lost my husband a couple years ago I literally freak out when something is wrong with my car. I was so freaked out last weekend because I couldn’t get that message to go away. Again, I LOVE your dealer. You have been nothing but honest and helpful to me until this. I’m sorry if I went on a bit. This has just upset me.
I took my vehicle in for the second complimentary oil change. However, the plan through Buick was to have it done within the first two years of ownership or 24,000. Although, my mileage was not that high, the two years had passed. Even though this was a program offered through Buick, and not the Shelton dealership, they were still kind enough to honor it. Now that's service!
I had been sent a $25.00 off coupon for service. I scheduled my appt. online. I arrived on time, and was told I could only use the coupon if I got the $150.00 service package, which I really did not need. I stayed for my oil change and tire rotation, and after 1 and 1/2 hours, was on my way home.
Joe Eckhard,must be the best sales person I have ever encountered (and I'm 85 years old). He really went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied.Gives me a very good feeling about Shelton and Buick.
