I have been a customer of this dealership for a number of years. My only criticism is I had an 11:30 oil change and tire rotation. I was there at 11:30. I will acknowledge the service bay was busy at that time. After about 10 mins I was greeted and went to the customer lounge. At 12:00 I noticed my vehicle was STILL in the service bay! At that time I did go back out and asked what the holdup was. They said they needed to move vehicles to get to mine. Which they did right away. Why have appointments or why should I have to speak up to get them to notice?? I feel I wasted at least 30 minutes that should not have been the case. There should be a better system for the customers with appointments.
